We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our New Plymouth store. The Role This is a full leadership position with real commercial accountability. You'll be responsible for everything that happens inside the store, from hitting sales targets and managing the P&L, to building a team that delivers exceptional customer service every single day. You'll directly manage a great team and have the autonomy to lead them your way — within a framework that's built to help you succeed. You’ll Be Responsible For: - Driving store performance — sales targets, profitability, budgets and reporting
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting customer relationships
- Managing inventory, stock control and store presentation to company standards
- Ensuring full health, safety and compliance across all areas of the store
- Conducting performance reviews and keeping your team on a clear development pathway
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in a store management or senior supervisory role, ideally in automotive, retail or a trade environment
- Strong commercial acumen — you're comfortable reading financials and taking action on what you see
- Experience leading and developing a team, with a coaching mindset
- Solid understanding of health and safety in an operational environment
- Familiarity with tyre products and applications is an advantage — but we can back the right leader
- A full, clean NZ Driver's Licence
