About the Role

We're looking for a Service Operations Consultant to join our Experience Hub team and play a critical role in supporting customers, stores, and internal stakeholders across Australia.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and stores, helping resolve enquiries, coordinate service outcomes, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales and retention opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media and other customer channels.
• Process orders, invoices and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support customers, retail stores and internal stakeholders with service-related requests and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to drive customer retention, and support sales objectives.
• Monitor customer feedback and use insights to help improve the customer experience.
• Maintain strong product, systems and process knowledge while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consistently achieve service, quality and KPI targets.

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering great outcomes. You thrive in a busy environment, can juggle multiple priorities and bring a positive, customer-first approach to everything you do.

Additionally, you’ll have:

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence with technology, Microsoft Office and CRM or customer management systems.
• A can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• The ability to adapt, learn quickly and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A Driver’s License.
