Our Wholesale Contact Centre is the first point of contact for dealers and wholesale customers all over the country, and we're looking for a Supervisor to lead the team that keeps them moving. You'll lead from the front, being visible, hands-on and ready to jump in when it counts! The Role:
Based at our National Support Office in Ellerslie, you'll lead a team of three Wholesale Customer Service Representatives, reporting to the Wholesale Manager Consumer Tyres. You'll split your time between coaching your team and covering the phones yourself during peak periods. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising the team's day-to-day performance, making sure you are visible, approachable and ready to help when someone needs it
- Handling escalated calls, complaints and complex queries that need a senior touch
- Monitoring call queues and inbound volume, keeping the team informed on performance against targets
- Coaching, motivating and performance managing your team, including managing rosters, attendance and leave to keep the team running smoothly and shifts properly covered
- Running weekly team meetings and reporting weekly and quarterly on team performance to the Wholesale Manager and Consumer Business Manager
- Building a positive, engaged team culture through recognition, training and a bit of friendly competition
To be successful you will need: A minimum of two years' Contact Centre experience At least one year's experience in a retail environment A track record of documented sales success Leadership experience — ideally within a contact centre setting Excellent computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems A coaching mindset — you'd rather develop your team than just direct them
