About the Role

Bridgestone is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team focused on safety, efficiency and customer service.

You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure products are delivered on time, inventory is accurately managed, and warehouse operations run smoothly while maintaining Bridgestone's commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

In addition, you will be:

• Supervising daily warehouse and distribution activities
• Leading and supporting warehouse team members
• Managing inventory, stock control and FIFO processes
• Investigating stock discrepancies and damaged goods
• Coordinating freight, load planning and customer deliveries
• Driving a strong safety culture and compliance with HSE requirements
• Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels
• Acting in the Warehouse Manager's role when required

You will have:

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
• Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
