About the Role

At Lube Mobile, part of the Bridgestone Australia Group, we're looking for two experienced Area Managers to lead and inspire a team of mobile technicians across your dedicated region. We have positions available at Thornbury & Truganina.

As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of your zone, leading team of mobile technicians and workshop staff to achieve sales, profitability, customer service and operational targets. You'll work closely with leaders across the business to optimise performance, support your team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of technicians and operational staff
• Driving sales, profit and productivity outcomes across the zone
• Managing operational performance, budgets and business KPIs
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution
• Recruiting, training and developing team members
• Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
• Managing fleet, equipment and site resources to maximise efficiency
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
   

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be an engaging people leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys balancing commercial outcomes with exceptional customer service.

You'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing operational, service or field-based teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing performance metrics and budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to motivate, coach and develop diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
• Automotive, mechanical, trade or related industry experience will be highly regarded
• A current unrestricted driver's licence
